Pricing questions owners ask first
Do the prices include GST?
Prices are per outlet, and no GST is added: ZaikaLab is not GST registered, so the subscription invoice carries no GST.
What does one licence cover?
One counter PC (the outlet’s hub) and the captain phones paired to it. A second outlet is a second licence.
Does it really work without the internet?
Yes. The POS is the source of truth and never waits on a connection. The cloud is a copy that catches up when you are back online.
Can I try it before committing?
Yes. Outlets start on a trial, and you move to a plan when it has earned its place. Book a demo and we will set you up.
What hardware do I need?
A Windows 10 or 11 PC for the POS, a thermal printer (58 mm or 80 mm), and any recent Android phone for captains.
How do updates reach my POS?
We publish a build and every POS and handset picks it up on its next check. No site visit and no USB stick.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly plans show their price per year on the card and work out cheaper per month.
What if I have several outlets?
Each outlet is one licence; use the outlet stepper above to see the total for up to five.
